Get hands-on with clay and make a butter dish that’s completely your own! 🧈
In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of slab building and, using your hands and our clay tools, create your very own butter dish from scratch. Roll out your clay, shape and build your dish using our templates, then add your own decorations, colours and personal touches to make it uniquely yours!
Once you’ve finished creating, we’ll take care of the glazing and firing, so your handmade butter dish will be ready to collect once it’s been baked in the kiln, not once, but twice! 🔥
Please note: each workshop ticket includes one butter dish (lid and base) to make, decorate and fire.

☕️ Food & drink: Our on-site coffee bar will be serving all your favourite drinks and pastries, and the best part? It’s completely vegan 🌱 (We kindly ask that you don’t bring outside food or drinks to the workshop).
✨ A Safe Space: We encourage solo visitors and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere with everyone seated around one large table. Our pottery painting cafe is fully accessible, with a disabled toilet and baby changing area. We also offer free organic period care, as we believe in providing essential products without extra cost. Our staff is here to help you with anything you need, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all.
🩷 Refund Policy: If you can’t make it, you can request a full refund up to 7 days before the event, or reschedule your booking to another date up to 48 hours before the event. After this point, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
